Refund Policy
At Hooksnap, our focus is on delivering a reliable, high-quality service and consistently enhancing the experience for our users. As such, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We recommend fully reviewing and testing our features before making a purchase decision.
What's NOT Refundable
- Consumed credits — Credits already used for thumbnail generation cannot be refunded
- Payment processing fees — Third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged for the next billing cycle
- No Refunds upon Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will strictly not receive a refund for any fees already paid.
- Access Continues: You will continue to have access to Hooksnap features and your remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will not renew.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Polar as our Merchant of Record. Polar handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refund transactions on our behalf.
